Empower Her

Empower Her is a women's processing group supporting women dealing with unwanted pressures of society, micro aggressions, negative stereotypes, and more.  Are you frustrated by the medias view on women? Are you struggling now more than ever during this election season?  Do you want to feel Empowered? If you are a woman, then this group is for you.

• $30/session total for 10 sessions is $300.

• 10 weeks from September 11, 2024- November 13, 2024.

• Wednesdays from 6PM-7PM.

• Hipaa secured link provided upon registration.

• Must be a woman, 18+, and in California.
